How We Serve You

Responsive & Interactive

We are well known as a responsive, hands-on organization that helps you and/or your loved ones work through the many challenges and opportunities of aging.

We do most of this by welcoming you to our community’s home: the Chapin Senior Center, Monday – Friday 9am to 3pm.

Individualized Yet Communal

Many times people share with us their personal stories, challenges, and tribulations–and we maintain strict confidentiality and confidence.

Every day our conversations veer into the personal, but that’s up to you! That’s the type of relationships we foster–between member and member, and between member and staff. Yet, most of our programs are communal in nature.

Not Only at the Chapin Senior Center

We are fortunate to have a beautiful home called the Chapin Senior Center, in New London, NH. It is large enough to serve our needs yet small enough to be intimate and not overwhelm folks.

We also provide many programs, activities, and services outside our walls-in the nine area communities we are honored to serve. We are community-centric.

Community-Based

Our community supports us! Our volunteers are the backbone of most everything we do. Our donors are generous, thoughtful, and committed. Our business sponsors understand that we invest our dollars wisely and contribute greatly to our local economy

Our members are the de-facto owners of our organization. We are fortunate and take these relationships seriously.
